Session
The hardest part of D&D shouldn't be scheduling the next session.
My group has constantly changing schedules. Between work, family, and everything else, a fixed game night just isn't realistic. If I told everyone to show up every Tuesday, we'd probably never play.
For years, we used Google Sheets to track availability. Simple enough, right? Except every week it was something. "I forgot to fill it out." "Oh, sorry, I actually am available, but I'll be late." Or someone would mention a schedule change in Discord but never update the sheet. I'd end up chasing down answers, comparing schedules, and figuring out whether we had enough players to run.
I got fed up. So I made Table-Flow: Session.
Players mark when they're available, unavailable, or running late, and Session shows which dates have enough people to play. GMs can set minimum attendance requirements, plan weeks or months ahead, and confirm sessions without sorting through spreadsheets and Discord messages.
When plans change, players can update their availability even after confirmation. Session tracks attendance, late arrivals, and cancellations, and handles time zones for groups spread across the country.
I can't make your players fill out their availability or stop last-minute cancellations. But I can make the whole process a lot less painful.
Because I'd rather prep the game than figure out when we can play it.
